Baby Guy

I was fortunate enough to photograph my sister-in-law Lauren, and her new baby Gaius. He’s such a cutie! Our shoot was so relaxed and a lot of fun. Baby Guy was mostly cooperative but he definitely let us know when we were bugging him. He was easy to settle down though, so I can’t complain. Congrats to my brother Josh and his wife Lauren, Baby Guy is going to be so loved!

Here is my leap into family photography! It makes me so nervous to branch out. I had some friends ask if I would take photos of their boys since they hadn’t done any for them this year. Then I just decided in the middle of the shoot to take family photos. They turned out nicely if I do say so myself! It doesn’t hurt having some extremely laid back and awesome models to shoot. We had fun, their boys are so sweet and I truly love Randall & Andrea, we’ve known them for a while now. So thanks to the Seemans for trusting me to take some family photos. And thanks to Delany Farms for being naturally gorgeous and obliging. Enjoy a few photos!

Baby T and her Mom were just wonderful to photograph. Janna is the mom to 2 ADORABLE little boys who are so funny and very entertaining. They are just so full of life and curiosity and they’re SO smart! Janna is a fantastic mother to these boys! I’m pretty sure, as a mother of 2 boys myself, if I found out I was having a little girl I would be pretty nervous! If Janna was nervous about raising a child completely different from her first two, she didn’t show it. Did she need to be nervous?? I think not! Seeing Janna with her ne little girl, Baby T, was just beautiful. It was as if they had known each other for a very long time, they were so well connected. When Janna smiled, Baby T smiled. When Janna was relaxed, Baby T was relaxed. The bond between Mother & Daughter is a strong one and this bond proves to be pretty phenomenal already.

Congratulations Janna! Baby T is beautiful!

Baby B was so much fun to photograph! She was a mover and a shaker. I can honestly say, I’ve never photographed a newborn with as much energy, strength and spunk as Miss B. She just wanted to get a good look at everything!  She was awesome. Her little facial expressions were adorable and she gave me so many good shots, it was so hard to decide which ones to go with.

Mom was fun to photograph as well. She was just so laid back and relaxed the whole time. A natural!

Little, tiny, newborn babies are such a blessing.
